   Integrated temperature control box and heater ensure uniform melt temperature and avoid deformation due to uneven cooling.

   Some of the molds are equipped with circulating coolant systems (e.g. water tanks, liquid pumps) to accelerate the molding of injection parts and prevent sticking of the mold.

3. ‌Material suitability‌

   Supports injection molding of high-temperature materials (e.g., high-temperature-resistant plastics) for applications in high-temperature environments such as new energy battery components.

II. Application advantages

• ‌Short cycle time and high efficiency: Cold sprue-less design reduces cooling time and is suitable for mass production of new energy components (e.g. charging pile shells, connectors, etc.).

• ‌Raw material saving: open gate design reduces scrap rate and lowers material cost.

• ‌High-precision molding: The hot runner system ensures uniform melt flow and improves the dimensional stability of new energy precision parts such as sensor housings.

III. Recommendations for selection

• ‌Prefer modular design: it is easy to quickly adjust the mold structure according to the iteration of new energy products.

• ‌Focus on temperature control accuracy: choose the temperature control box with thermocouple and PID temperature control to ensure the stability of high temperature material molding.
